Blood pressure, pulse and glucose log

A calm log for your readings. A clear report for your doctor.

Valiro keeps the values you type in, or bring over from Apple Health and Health Connect, in one private place. Before an appointment it turns your readings into a one-page report you can share.

Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.

Personal logbook, not a medical device. Ask your doctor about your readings. Read the medical disclaimer.

What Valiro does

  • Log in seconds

Number pad first, last values prefilled. Record blood pressure, pulse or glucose (mg/dL or mmol/L) with the time, a note and optional tags. Backdating is easy.

  • History and charts

See 7, 30 or 90 days per metric, morning and evening averages, and minimum, maximum and average. You can add a target line of your own. It is off by default and never colours your readings.

  • Report for your doctor

A one-page PDF in English, German or French with your readings, averages, notes and medication list. It is marked “Patient-recorded values. Not a diagnosis.” Share it with the system share sheet or print it. CSV export is free.

  • Visit Prep

Choose a reading schedule together with your doctor, get reminders at the times you set, follow your progress and create the report in one tap. Reminders follow the clock only, never your values.

  • Apple Health and Health Connect

Bring in blood pressure, heart rate and glucose that your own devices already saved, and optionally write your manual entries back. You choose each data type, and it is free.

  • For the whole family

Keep separate profiles if you log for a parent or partner, plus a medication list with optional time-based reminders.

Private by design

  • Your data stays on your phone. No account is needed to use the app.
  • Optional encrypted backup. If you turn it on, your entries are encrypted on your phone with a key made from a recovery code that only you hold. Our server stores an unreadable blob. Entries imported from Health are not included.
  • No ads, no analytics, no tracking. No advertising IDs, no third-party SDKs that collect data about you, and no sharing of Health data with anyone.
  • You are in control. Export your data, delete it on the phone, or delete the cloud backup in the app or on the web.

What Valiro does not do

We want you to know exactly what you are getting.

  • It does not measure anything. It cannot read blood pressure, pulse or glucose from your phone’s camera or sensors. Every value is typed in by you or imported from Health.
  • It does not diagnose, rate your values as good or bad, or give medical advice. There are no risk scores, no colour-coded categories and no “insights”.
  • It sends no warnings based on your values. Reminders are only the ones you schedule yourself.
  • It does not show ads, use analytics or track you.
  • It does not force you to create an account, and it does not upload your data unless you turn on the backup.
  • It does not calculate insulin or medication doses.
  • It does not connect to cuffs or meters directly. Devices that save to Apple Health or Health Connect are imported from there.

Questions and answers

Does Valiro measure my blood pressure or glucose?

No. You measure with your own cuff or meter and enter the result, or import it from Apple Health or Health Connect. Valiro only records, shows and reports what you give it.

Do I need an account?

No. The app works fully without one. Only if you turn on the optional cloud backup, an anonymous account is created in the background. It needs no e-mail address and no password.

Where is my data stored?

On your device. Entries are not sent to us unless you enable the encrypted backup. Even then we cannot read them.

Can I use it for free?

Yes. Logging, history, notes, basic charts, Health sync and CSV export are free for as long as you like. Premium is optional.

Is it a medical device?

No. Valiro is a personal logbook. Please talk to your doctor about your readings and before making any medical decisions.

Which languages are available?

English, German and French, including the doctor report.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Your entries stay on your phone and the free features keep working. You can still download and delete your cloud backup at any time.

How do I move to a new phone?

Use the free backup file or, with Premium, the encrypted cloud backup and your recovery code. See Support.
